Edite Kalnina From 05/2012 to 05/ 2017 – 5 years served as Director of the Latvian School of Public Administration (LSPA), has over 20 years of professional experience in relation to management of training gained through her career in managerial positions in the Latvian civil service, private training companies and engagement as an expert and trainer in various countries. The recent professional experience of five years as Director of the LSPA encompassed institution building, human resource and project management, quality management and large-scale training program building and execution. As an expert, trainer, consultant and member of expert groups is directly involved in development and implementation of training programs in numerous projects, both in Latvia and abroad.
